At SelfUp, we want you to be happy with your anime purchases!

1. Returns

• You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To start a return, contact us at walkydestine4@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

• If you want an exchange for a different item, contact us at walkydestine4@gmail.com.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
• We’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
